Description

This workshop is now sold out. If you are interested in joining our Inside>>Out program, we encourage you to check the other workshops we offer.

The workshop will be organized around daily trips in the surroundings of Tirana. Traveling as a group with Enri, you will learn to take pictures individually while responding collectively to a place. Collaboration among your peers will be key to create a joint photographic response to the places you will visit.

In addition to working alongside Enri, you will gain first-hand information about Albania, his country of birth and a place that he has photographed for decades.

You will be shooting during the day and attending group feedback sessions in the evenings, as well as having the possibility to attend the global program of Inside>>Out (such as peer reviews, Magnum photographers talks, etc).

On the last day, Enri will work together with you to create a slideshow that will be projected on the streets of Tirana to celebrate the work done by all Inside>>Out participants.

This workshop offers:

  • Tools to develop a photographic project developed in multiple locations
  • Feedback on your existing body of work
  • Your work screened during a public event
  • Group crits with Enri Canaj
  • Lectures by all Magnum photographers present during Inside>>Out
