An exclusive range of contemporary, image-led posters available both estate stamped and unstamped as part of the Magnum Editions collection. Each limited edition poster is printed on 150gsm premium paper, and once sold out will never be made available again in this format.

Description

One of the undisputed masters of 20th century visual art, Henri Matisse influenced generations of artists with a revolutionary style that featured flattened forms and an interpretive use of color. Along with several others, Matisse broke with the traditions of Impressionism, using vivid and often unnatural colors to convey emotional power rather than realistic appearance. Though Robert Capa was known predominantly for his impactful war photography, he was also a gifted portraitist and photographed Matisse—a close friend—in his studio in Nice in 1949.

  • Hand-crafted black or white wooden frame (w: 0.6″ h: 0.6″).
  • Posters will be framed full bleed with no additional borders or matting.
  • Includes framing-grade quality plexiglass, which comes with ~60% UV protection.
  • The finished Magnum Editions Poster will then be sealed using archival paper backing, wired ready for hanging and with wall-friendly footers.
  • Please note, the Magnum Editions label will ship with your order but will not be attached to the poster or frame.

Framed Magnum Editions Posters ship separately from all other items within an order.
